When a DVD is submitted, the Member has to allocate a category
to the film.
There are a wide range of Category Options available. We will
keep this list updated according to Membership needs, so please
do tell us is you want to add a category. Currently available

| What are my Options when Swapping? |
When you Submit a DVD, you will be asked which classification
you would like back in return. You may select 2 options -
your 1st and 2nd choices.
We will use your 1st choice in every case - unless there
is no stock of that category available. Then we will revert
to the Member's 2nd choice of category.
In the event of there being no DVD's of either the 1st or
the 2nd chosen categories, we will email the Member and ask
for their instructions - to either wait, or to select another
option. The final option is to return the DVD and credit the
Swap Token back to the Member's account for later use.
